Homebound Delivery
The Suttons Bay Bingham District Library is pleased to offer homebound delivery service for persons who are unable to access the library facility. The service allows patrons to have materials selected and delivered on a monthly basis. Other arrangements may be made for items requested before this date.
Home delivery is available to Suttons Bay and Bingham Township and Suttons Bay Village residents, who have, or are eligible for, a library card. The service is available to persons with health issues, physical challenges, problems ambulating in inclement weather, non-driver status, living in assisted living, nursing or retirement homes which would prohibit visiting the library in person.
Homebound persons may borrow books, audio books, magazines, VHS or DVD videos, board games, and may request interlibrary loans. No overdue fees will be charged, however fees for lost or damaged materials will be assessed as necessary.
Please call the library at 271-3512 or email librarian@suttonsbaylibrary.org to request further information and an application. Funding provided in part by the Leelanau County Commission on Aging.
